Emergency Out Of Hours Service

We believe that it is better for your pet to be treated both day and night by staff who are well rested, fresh and eager to help. Our vets and nurses do not work through the night so they are rested at the start of each day. We are still always available up until 7.30 pm weekdays and on Saturdays until 4pm then outside of normal working hours we use the emergency service based at Medivet Eastwood overnight, when you phone out of hours our phone answering machine will automatically give you their number (01702 526666) here the night shift are ready and waiting to offer help and advice at the end of a telephone line or treatment at their premises. Your pet can then be transferred back to us in the morning.
