We have updated our covid-19 policy in the last few months now that general restrictions have been lifted.
- If you are self-isolating or showing clinical signs of coronavirus and your animal needs to be seen please contact the surgery beforehand to let us know and arrange for someone else to bring them in. Please do not come in yourself. Depending on the problem a video or phone consult may be arranged.
- We have now reopened for evening surgery and it is now run on an appointment only basis. Please call before to make an appointment to be seen.
When visiting the surgery
- We have started to allow clients into the building for consults in restricted numbers. We would prefer that clients entering the building wear a face mask if they are able.
- If you are collecting medication or food then please use the window at the front instead of coming into the building.
